To mark the 50th anniversary of one of the most iconic cultural movements in history, Audible launched
a powerful slate of Originals celebrating the artists, albums, and moments that shaped Hip-Hop.
Makiné was invited to bring the campaign to life across platforms with bespoke, mixed-media content.
From a talent-live-action shoot, to bold typography exploration, layered design, and kinetic animation.
Every frame was crafted to honor the genre’s legacy of innovation, rebellion, and rhythm.

Audible’s Hip-Hop 50 campaign celebrated the genre’s raw energy and bold spirit.
A high-contrast palette captured its grit and vibrancy, while typography drew from
street posters, graffiti, and lyrical rhythm. Motion design added flow,
each piece moving like a visual beat in sync with the music.
